Very many thanks to all the lovely people who attended our first Spring Into Wool show on 8th April 2017.

Here are some of the wonderful comments we received from visitors after the show...

"Fantastic show, brilliant venue and looking forward to next year already." - Judith

"Thoroughly enjoyed this show, I'd certainly recommend it. Great facilities at the venue, a fabulous mix of stalls, uber friendly people and too much money spent by me!" - Jane

"It was a lovely event: nice venue; great parking; plentiful, varied, high quality and friendly stallholders; good food. Now I am looking forward to playing with all that lovely wool and new tools :)" - Annette

"So much goodness in one place!" - Christine

"The hall was easy to go round with right amount of space between stalls, good mix of goods. Everywhere projected friendliness and willingness to take time to answer questions. The cafeteria was fantastic too, good food, great price and large enough that you weren't continually searching for a seat." - Debbie

"Wonderful show. Loved it, plenty of room to move, great stalls, and lots to see, do and buy." - Judith

"Really enjoyed this show. All the stands were interesting, the small independent exhibitors brought a variety of unique goods. There was time to chat with them & everyone seemed happy & relaxed, unlike some of the large events I've been to. Well done to the organisers." - Vivienne

"I just want to thank you for a great day out. I hope it runs again next year. The venue was superb, the food good and so reasonably priced." - Sue

"Thank you for a really lovely day! Plenty of room to browse, fab bacon butties, and a great workshop this afternoon. Looking forward to next year." - Mary

"Fantastic show please could we do it again next year." - Wendi

"Thank you! I thought it was great. The venue is really good, easy to get there by public transport, nice and clean and the food wasn’t bad either. Good collection of exhibitors, workshops. I really liked it and hope you will be able to have one next year!" - Nicole

"It was a fabulous show, lovely to see so many small business showcasing their yarnie goodies. The catering was really great and very good prices. I will definitely be back next year. Thank you x x" - Lorraine

"I had a great time. Lovely location with plenty of parking. Super stalls with smashing people. Large refectory so room to sit and take a breath! Thank you. See you next year!" - Sandra

"Great venue for this lovely show. Really well organised and catered for from the parking through to the catering. There was a good variety of stalls and it was lovely to see the small independents displaying and selling. Congratulations to everyone involved, hopefully see you next year x" - Tracey

"Thoroughly enjoyable day, well worth leaving home at 6 a.m for - to get there early. Venue really worked, pleasant surroundings and refectory was welcome. I have been to one other wool show and left after about an hour because there too many people and bizarrely too much to see that left my brain rather woolly. Spring into Wool was busy (hopefully to the delight of exhibitors) but you could move around and enough to tempt you. Great to see local trades people." - Kay

"Lovely new Show in a spacious venue. Lots of beautiful yarns to tempt you." - Julie

"I really enjoyed Spring into Wool! I visit quite a number of events, and yours really stood out" - Liana

"We at the Knitting and Crochet Guild Archive Lee Mills had a great day on Saturday at Spring into Wool. Looking forward to next year already!" - Angharad

"A fabulous Spring Into Wool on Saturday. It was great to see and to chat to so many independent traders, and I came home with a bag full of squishiness :-) I thought the venue was great - spacious and airy - and I appreciated being able to sit down whenever I needed to. (I have been know to sit on the floor at the Harrogate show!). The food was very good and the prices really reasonable. Thanks for organising it so well, and I really hope you make this an annual event " - Lesley

"Saturday was excellent! I hope it's the first of an annual event. It was fantastic having a wool focus. It was easy to chat to stallholders. Venue was ideal - easy to find and easy to park and roomy and airy and compact enough you could go back to where you'd been quickly and simply. All in all we've been raving about it to knitting and woolcraft friends and are already discussing attending next year - as long as it's running again which I sincerely hope it does." - Jane

"Thank you Spring into Wool. Leeds Grammar School was an excellent venue. Had a great day." - Helen

"Enjoyed & hope it's held again next year" - Dawn

"Thanks for a great day out. Leeds is becoming a favourite city of mine." - Victoria
